Shenê Commodore, CPCM, NCMA Fellow is the CEO & Founder of Commodore

Consulting, bringing over 30 years of expertise in government procurement, contract

management, and GSA schedules. As a Certified Professional Contract Manager and

former government buyer, she offers insider knowledge on how agencies evaluate

proposals, develop RFPs, and make award decisions.

Shenê is an international trainer who has delivered procurement, leadership, marketing,

and pricing training for the U.S. Department of State in Brazil, South Africa, and the

UAE. As an AI Certified Consultant, she also helps entrepreneurs and businesses of all

sizes integrate AI strategies to streamline operations and drive growth. She leverages

her expertise in government contracts to help businesses scale in both the commercial

and government sectors.

Shenê has served on NCMA's National Board of Directors and currently sits on its

Board of Advisors. She has been recognized as one of the 25 Influential Women in

Business by Minority Enterprise Advocate Magazine, received the 2024 NCMA Tyson's

Women Visionary Award, and is a past recipient of the Security Industry

Association (SIA)'s Statesman Government Policy Award.
