NCMA JAX President With over 15 years of experience in contracting and as a member of NCMA since 2015, Sherri has had the privilege of participating in NCMA chapters in Huntsville, Alabama; and now in Jacksonville, Florida. Her passion for contract management stems from her innate ability to dive deep into the intricate terms and conditions of various contracts, which she fondly likens to a "finding Waldo" challenge. This profession allows her to combine analytical precision with a love of creating order from complexity. Sherri is a girl scout troop leader, NCMA board member, Contract Manager, small business manager, and a mother and grandmother. She is looking forward to this next chapter program year.

NCMA JAX Programs Chair 

NCMA JAX Programs Chair Linda Hosey has been a member of NCMA for several years. Along with her experience with NCMA she has 35 years’ experience with the Federal Government. Linda started her government career here in Jacksonville in 1978 with the Veterans Administration Home Loan Guaranty Division, where she worked for 4 years. Her next opportunity brought her to the General Services Administration Public Buildings Division. After several years in that role, she made another transfer within the agency to become a Customer Service Director (CSD) for the Federal Supply Service, also known as the  Federal Acquisition Service. As a CSD, Linda has met countless customers with the Federal and local Government Agencies, assisting them to make their Agencies more efficient and effective, while saving tax dollars through the many programs that GSA has to offer. She has trained thousands of customers and contractors on these programs. “Nothing is more rewarding than putting a small business together with a Government agency and seeing the Agency get a wonderful product or service for a great price and watching the small business thrive with these opportunities,” Linda says. Linda has since retired from Federal Service but continues to work with the NCMA, Small and Large Businesses, Government customers and many others in providing knowledge on the Government and how to do business with the Government. She has a master’s certificate in Federal Contracting and Project Management from George Washington University and a Certified Contracts Management Certification (CFCM) from NCMA. Linda and her husband, Richard, travel and enjoy cruising at least twice a year. She currently resides in Jacksonville Beach and regularly enjoys her pool, her two rescued golden retrievers and her hot tub with the occasional glass of wine.
