The National Office has created a Membership Assistance Program to help renewing members
who have been impacted by COVID-19. Any NCMA member (regular, new professional,
student, or retired) facing hardship with paying renewal dues should reach out to NCMA’s
Member Advocate team at memberservices@ncmahq.org.
NCMA recently advised that transition to its new Membership reporting platform eliminated multi-year memberships and renewals. All future new memberships and renewals will be for one year only. However, if you initially paid for a two or more year membership or if you renewed for more than one year, your account will not be impacted. You will receive a renewal notification from NCMA HQ and from JAX Chapter based on your current expiration date.
