Health & Safety Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us at ncmajacksonville@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question in the frequently asked questions (FAQs) listed below.

At present, proof of vaccination against COVID-19 will not be required, however, all attendees will be required to sign the COVID-19 waiver prior to attending the event.

At this time, there is no local mandate for event attendees to wear masks while indoors. NCMA JAX will therefore abide by the policies required by our venue, the Adam W. Herbert University Center.:

"We very strongly encourage our event attendees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, and wear a mask, while with us at the UNF Adam W. Herbert University Center."

Guidelines will be updated as required if state or local laws change.

For information about the COVID-19 policies for the UNF campus, please click here.

NCMA JAX is following—and will remain in compliance with—all city, state, and federal guidelines. If the direction from federal, state, or local official public health authorities’ changes, NCMA JAX will adhere to the new guidance.

NCMA JAX is continually monitoring the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak situation and will communicate any specific updates via this webpage.

We are committed to following on-site safety measures and enhanced cleaning guidelines, precautions, and procedures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Department of Defense (DoD), and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). We are following—and will remain in compliance with—all city, state, and federal guidelines. If the direction from federal, state, or local official public health authorities changes, we will adhere to the new guidance, act upon it immediately, and update everyone. We are fully prepared to adjust our plans as needed.
